This weeks time table has a few tweaks
Today
Monday - 10:15: Mixed Pilates equipment rehab class. Gitte
17:30 Strength & Balance (yoga) this class will be focussed on some of the physically stronger asana/positions and balances. You may notice a couple of teeeeny tiny weights appear.
18:15-19:30 Full yoga practice vin-yin-nidra we journey through flow state into stillness into rest in this 75 minute practice.
19:45-21:00 men’s yoga (as above)
With me
Tuesday
9:30 - Gentle Pilates
17:35 - Fundamentals
18:50 - Fundamentals with pelvic floor & core focus. With Gitte
Wednesday
11:00 free community yoga class (there’s only a few of these left which are fully funded - we are working on securing more 🙏)
18:30 breathwork -‘high on love’ Hannah I believe there is 1 space available.
Thursday
9:30 Fundamentals with pelvic floor & core focus. With Gitte
17:30 prenatal yoga with Em
18:50 yoga flow with Em *new class new time*
Friday
9:15-10:10 stretch and restore yoga
10:15-11:30 full yoga practice (and social) with me!
12:45 Mixed Pilates equipment rehab class.
Sunday: 15:00 working with crystals CuatroSoles
