MEN’S CIRCLE – for all men. 28th Jan- 7:30 - 9:30pm GLASTONBURY

You don’t need to be “spiritual”.
You don’t need to have the answers.
You don’t need to be broken.

If you’re a tree surgeon, tradesman, shop worker, or just a bloke who works hard and keeps going… this is for you.

Most men are carrying more than they let on: Stress. Pressure. Anger. Tiredness. Feeling disconnected.
Trying to hold it together for work, family, and everyone else.

This men’s circle is a place to take the load off.

No fixing.
No judgement.
No pressure to talk if you don’t want to.

Just a group of normal men sitting together, listening, sharing and realising:
“I’m not the only one.”

It’s about understanding that:
• It’s ok not to be ok
• Life is hard sometimes
• You don’t have to do it alone

Many men come because their partner says:
“Why don’t you go? You might like it.”
And they’re glad they did.
