Sciatica isn’t always coming from the low back 👀

Sometimes the culprit is the piriformis… a deep glute muscle that sits close to the sciatic nerve. When it becomes tight or irritated, it can create pain, tingling, or tension that travels down the leg.

These are 3 gentle yoga poses I love for piriformis-related sciatic tension ✨

• Figure-4 Stretch
• Child’s Pose
• Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge Pose)

The goal isn’t to stretch harder !! It’s to create space, reduce tension, and calm the nervous system 🤍

Move slowly. Breathe deeply. Stop if anything increases pain.
