A new Cuatro Soles healing experience created for the moments when you feel disconnected from yourself beneath the noise, pressure, and demands of everyday life.

RETURN TO SELF is a gentle ritual space for slowing down, reconnecting, and remembering the parts of yourself that may have been forgotten along the way.

Through crystal healing and energy work, positive affirmation creation, candle intention carving, grounding practices, and a guided meditation journey back to yourself, you are invited to soften, reflect, and reconnect with your inner self again.

This session is for:

A new Cuatro Soles healing experience created for the moments when emotional heaviness becomes too much to carry alone.

RELEASE is a gentle ritual space for letting go — of emotions, attachments, overwhelm, and the things that no longer feel aligned with who you are becoming.

Through emotional release breathwork, water release ritual, crystal healing, candle ritual, and intentional energetic work, you are guided to soften, surrender, and create space within yourself again.

This session is for:
* grief & heartbreak
* emotional overwhelm
* burnout & emotional exhaustion
* transitions & endings
* releasing what no longer serves you

You are not expected to force anything out in this space.
Only to allow yourself to be held gently while your body and energy begin to let go.

A relaxed monthly space for women to pause, connect, and recharge.

I’m so excited to finally share this new monthly gathering in collaboration with Studio Eight, Wells 🤍

This is a space to slow down at the end of the week, meet like-minded women, have real conversations, and take a little time for yourself in a cosy, welcoming environment.

Each month will include:
☕️ connection & conversation
🌿 gentle reflection
✨ a simple themed activity or craft
💛 a calm, supportive atmosphere
🕯️ and space to simply be
