Join me at Studio Eight, Wells for a day of wellbeing, self-care and connection.
I’ll be offering a donation-based Crystal Connection & Meditation session from 11am–12pm — a gentle hour to slow down, connect with yourself and explore the energy of crystals through meditation.

I’m also offering 45-minute Crystal Healing treatments for just £35 throughout the afternoon.

There will be plenty of other ways to look after yourself too, with discounted treatments and donation-based sessions including massage, acupuncture, NLP, hypnotherapy, talking therapies and craniosacral therapy.

And to finish the day, join us for a donation-based Sound Bath at 6pm.

A little introduction to the person behind Cuatro Soles.
I’ve shared lots about crystals, healing, circles and the things I create here, but I’ve realised I haven’t really shared much about me.
Cuatro Soles has grown into something very personal to me — a space for slowing down, reconnecting, creating meaningful moments and bringing people together.
I’m still learning, still growing and still figuring it all out as I go, but I’m so grateful to be creating something that feels genuinely aligned with who I am.
Thank you for being here, following along and supporting my little corner of the world.
