They’re often talked about together, but Fat Freezing and Body Contouring aren’t the same treatment and the best option depends on what you’d like to achieve.

My daughter is nearly 15 and has extremely long, thick natural lashes. Because of their length, they can sometimes cross over and even become tangled with her lower lashes.

For her treatment, I used my Korean Lash Lift system. Its cysteamine-based, thioglycolate-free formula is designed to be kinder to the natural lashes and is particularly suitable for sensitive eyes.

It’s easy to keep going while stress and tension gradually build up. Sometimes you don’t realise how much you’ve been carrying until you finally stop.

Reiki, massage or a combination of the two can give you that much needed time to slow down, release tension and focus on your own wellbeing.

During treatment, controlled cooling is used to target the fat cells in a specific stubborn area. The treated fat cells are damaged by the cooling process and, over the following weeks, your body naturally processes and removes them.
