🎶 There was plenty of music and fun at Autumn Vale Care Centre !

David and Jimmy had a fantastic time joining in with our singalong musical session and even had a go at playing some instruments. Catherine and Rosemary were busy dancing with Rini and Jomol, while Mary and Margaret enjoyed choosing some of their favourite songs 🎵💜

It was a really enjoyable afternoon, with everyone getting involved in their own way. We think our musical sessions are becoming a firm favourite at Autumn Vale! 😊

🍻📚 There was lots going on at Autumn Vale Care Centre today!

Some of our wonderful residents enjoyed getting together with family and friends in Jimmy’s Bar, having a chat and spending some quality time together. Meanwhile, Rose and Margaret joined Renelyn for the Reading and Writing Club, while Mary and Mrs Axup got stuck into some writing activities ✍️💜

Elsewhere, Albin was busy with our residents enjoying some colouring. It was a lovely mix of activities, with everyone choosing something they fancied getting involved with.

It was a busy Bank Holiday weekend at Autumn Vale Care Centre ! 💜

Our wonderful residents enjoyed a lovely mix of activities, from a bit of nail care and pampering with Jane and Arathy, to soft ball games with Rini and Aman. There were also target games for our residents who were unable to get out of bed, making sure everyone had the chance to join in 🎯

We also loved seeing Zoe spend some quality time with her grandmother Helen, helping her get her hair done. It was a lovely weekend of little moments shared together.

As summer comes to an end, we’re looking back at some of our August highlights across Gold Care Homes ☀️💜

With plenty of summer sunshine, our homes found ways to enjoy the summer while keeping cool, with ice creams and ice cream van visits proving particularly popular! 🍦

We also put the kettle on for Afternoon Tea Week, enjoyed some well-earned downtime for National Relaxation Day and made the most of the Summer Bank Holiday.

There was plenty happening at Autumn Vale Care Centre today 💜

Julia enjoyed some lovely one to one chats with Renelyn, Denis and Mary, taking the time to listen to their stories and share a few conversations. Meanwhile, Mary enjoyed spending some time at the piano, filling the home with music 🎶

We also had exercise sessions taking place with staff across each unit, giving everyone the chance to get involved and keep moving. A lovely day of music, conversation and activities together 😊

Our Home Manager, Prarthana, presented their awards in recognition of all the hard work, dedication and care they bring to our home. Their commitment to our wonderful residents and to working as a team really does make a difference.

There’s always plenty going on at Autumn Vale Care Centre! 💜

Our wonderful residents have been enjoying a mix of activities, from word searches on the digital table to a game of life size Connect 4. It was lovely seeing everyone getting involved and enjoying a bit of friendly competition 😊

Last week at Autumn Vale Care Centre, our wonderful residents enjoyed a lovely wine and cheese tasting afternoon 🧀🍷

There were different cheeses and drinks to sample, with plenty of time for chatting and enjoying each other’s company. It was a relaxed afternoon and a great excuse to try something a little different together 😊
