Bliss FreQuency Wellness Heather is an experienced musician with a life time interest in the healing & therapeutic power of Sound. Blended packages are available on request.

She is a qualified Sound Therapy Practitioner, with specialisation in the Tuning forks, Reiki Practitioner, Yoga Teacher and Massage Therapist. Heather is a qualified Sound Therapy Practitioner, and specialises in Solfeggio Tuning Forks. She has had a rich background in Music performance and teaching, and has always had a deep passion and calling for Sound Therapy and Reiki Energy Healing. She has

qualified as a Reiki Practitioner and as a Massage Therapist. Heather offers both in-person and distance healing via Zoom for Tuning Fork Sound Therapy and Reiki Energy Therapy. Mind boggling as it is, there were profound results from her clients in different countries! Heather offers a relaxation Massage, blending Swiss body massage techniques with aromatherapy for restoring calm and deep muscle release. Health and Wellness are important these days, and it is important that one takes time out of the everyday busy-ness, for one's self for nervous system reset and nurturing. Heather offers in-person and Zoom Sound Baths for groups and 1-2-1. Heather is also a 200 hour trained Yoga teacher, and offers Wellness Workshops incorporating Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation and Sound Baths. Heather is certified and insured for all therapies offered.

Hi I have some Candlelit SoundBaths coming up. Come down and join, just bring a mat, lie back and allow the different frequencies and instruments to gently relax your system, and take you on a beautiful sound journey, bathed in soothing candle light.

I am also available for 1-2-1 Sound Therapy consultations, where I use a blend of instruments and the Solfeggio Frequency Tuning Forks. I have had some amazing results with helping clients manage anxiety and stress, sleep problems, aches and pains and restoring an overall sense of wellbeing and purpose. Very beneficial as well for academic exam stress and overwhelm. I hold a DBS, am accredited and insured.

I offer therapeutic massage and reiki balancing as well, which are
