✨Celebrating our Rising Star - Paul Roberts, Palliative Care Admin Manager and Systems Administrator ✨

Paul has already made an incredible impact early in his NHS career through innovation and leadership. Despite challenging times, he has consistently maintained an outstanding administrative service while keeping quality, performance, and team morale at the heart of everything he does.

And it doesn’t stop there, Paul designed and led a sponsored step challenge that raised more than £2,000, funding equipment and resources for palliative and end-of-life patients in the community.
