Spider season is officially upon us 🕷

For those that are not looking to make 8 legged friends this autumn, try these essential oils to help keep spiders at bay.

The presence of the compound Eucalyptol (also called 1,8 cineole) confuses spiders because it affects the senses they rely on for navigation. So when they sense it, they tend to avoid it!

*PLEASE NOTE* THESE ESSENTIAL OILS ARE DANGEROUS FOR CATS & DOGS, SO AVOID COMPLETELY OR USE THESE WITH EXTREME CAUTION IF YOU HAVE PETS.

Diluted lavender essential oil or cedarwood essential oil are pet-friendly alternatives to diffuse. Always check the safety information on the oil packaging, and consult your vet before use if you are unsure.
