Monthly group mindfulness sessions suitable for all
Join us this evening at the lovely St Bridget’s Centre in West Kirby!
Everyone is welcome - the sessions are suitable for all abilities, and all levels - from beginners to those with experience in mindfulness techniques who want to keep their practice going.
What to expect at the monthly Mindfulness session?
The sessions are a mix of mindfulness practices alongside some discussion-based elements around different mindfulness themes. All physical practices are completely accessible to all abilities and can be followed in a chair.
Practising mindfulness has a wide range of benefits that can include helping with stress and anxiety, aiding sleep, improving mood, helping with pain management, and aiding concentration and productivity, benefitting our overall mental wellbeing. Mindfulness can also help us to appreciate and savour the good experiences in our day to day lives more.
You may want to bring a blanket and a cushion for comfort but this is optional.
Coffee/tea and biscuits will be provided ☕️
