Why not join us at our weekly Monday evening class at 6.30pm - 8pm? All welcome!

Taking some time out from day to day stresses and responsibilities is so important for our mental and physical wellbeing - some time just for ourselves.

Yoga helps us find a sense of peace and calmness in our lives whilst also strengthening and stretching our body so that we can keep our bodies moving in the best way possible.

We start with a gentle nature walk, led by an expert RSPB guide, on the reserve, re-grouping in the visitor centre overlooking the scrape for a relaxing yoga session.

Join us this evening at Monthly Mindfulness at the lovely St Bridget’s Centre in West Kirby!

Everyone is welcome - the sessions are suitable for all abilities, and all levels - from beginners to those with experience in mindfulness techniques who want to keep their practice going.

The sessions are a mix of mindfulness practices alongside some discussion-based elements around different mindfulness themes. All physical practices are completely accessible to all abilities and can be followed in a chair.

Practising mindfulness has a wide range of benefits that can include helping with stress and anxiety, aiding sleep, improving mood, helping with pain management, and aiding concentration and productivity, benefitting our overall mental wellbeing. Mindfulness can also help us to appreciate and savour the good experiences in our day to day lives more.

You may want to bring a blanket and a cushion for comfort but this is optional.

Coffee/tea and biscuits will be provided ☕️

We are excited to announce our Summer Yoga Retreat Day at Ness Gardens on Sunday 28th June (10am – 4:30pm)!

Join us for a full day of yoga and relaxation. We will practise our yoga in the Hulme room at Ness Gardens which has beautiful views across the gardens.

Your day will include:

✔️ Yoga to stretch out physical tension and strengthen your muscles
✔️ Yin yoga – a mat-based meditative practice in the afternoon
✔️ Breathing practices/pranayama to calm the body and mind, and reduce stress levels
✔️ Discussion and practice of yoga / mindfulness concepts to deepen your knowledge
✔️ Guided relaxations to deeply relax the body and mind

All yoga mats and props are provided. Feel free to bring your own if you have them.

Total cost for the retreat day including lunch, refreshments and entrance to Ness Gardens is £85

PLEASE NOTE THIS TICKET INCLUDES ENTRANCE TO NESS GARDENS – you are free to wander the gardens in the lunch break and also after the session. Mid-summer is one of the best times to visit the gardens!

Join us this evening for our group Monthly Mindfulness sessions at the lovely St Bridget’s Centre in West Kirby! All welcome!

The sessions are a mix of mindfulness practices alongside some discussion-based elements around different mindfulness themes. All physical practices are completely accessible to all abilities and can be followed in a chair.

The sessions are suitable for everybody whether you’ve been practised mindfulness before, or if you’re new to mindfulness.

There’s something really special about practising mindfulness in a group rather than just on your own. Why not come along and join our friendly group?
