SACRED SOUND BATH WITH CEREMONIAL CACAO JOURNEY & GUIDED WOMB MEDITATION

Our journey begins with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, preparing the body to receive the sound on a deeper level, whilst gently awakening your presence and connection within.

Through meditation, you will be gently guided into deeper layers of Self through your womb, to feel into an intention for your sound journey - sensing what is ready to be released and what is ready to be welcomed in.

From here, you will be cocooned in a deeply immersive vibrational journey, where sound becomes the healer - bringing energetic release, a rebalancing of your nervous system and a reconnection to your inner feminine wisdom.

SOUND TOUCHES PLACES WITHIN THAT WORDS CANNOT REACH - OPENING PATHWAYS BACK TO YOUR INTUITION, YOUR TRUTH AND YOUR UNIQUE FEMININE ESSENCE.

I am a Transpersonal Psychotherapist and Energy Healer. This workshop forms the final part of my year long training to become a Sacred Sound Healer, and weaves together my knowledge of other healing modalities to create a safely held and deeply transformative healing space.

This is more than a typical sound bath - it is an invitation to remember who you are beneath your layers of conditioning and wounding, an invitation to come back home to the authentic self.

Join us for a journey of self discovery, release and healing through music, movement and the gentle heart opening medicine of cacao.

We will start with a sacred cacao ceremony to help facilitate a deeper connection to your inner-self, and to set your intention for our journey together.

You will then be guided through Ecstatic Awakening Dance to drop out of your mind and into your body, which with the support of the cacao, can lead to deep and transformational energetic shifts to improve your wellbeing. There are no steps to follow and no previous dance experience is needed. The invitation is to simply let go and see where the music takes you.

We will end with a beautiful sound healing to help integrate your dance journey, balance the body’s energy and invoke a sense of deep relaxation.

Please make us aware if you are taking MAOI or SSRI anti-depressants, anti-psychotic medication or if you have a heart condition or epilepsy as you may need a smaller amount of cacao. A lower dose is also recommended if pregnant.

Womb awakening is a profound emotional and spiritual healing journey aimed at reconnecting with the sacred feminine energy and wisdom within. It is a path of self-discovery and empowerment, rooted in ancient traditions, where the womb was deeply revered as a sacred energetic centre. Sadly, as a hollow organ, the womb often becomes a storehouse for our pain, our limiting beliefs and our fears, which blocks our connection with our creativity, our inner guidance and our ability to fulfil our truest potential.

In this workshop you will be guided through a pilgrimage into your womb. We will start with a sacred cacao and shamanic sound healing ceremony to help you transition from your mind into a deeper connection with your heart and your inner more authentic self, to allow a greater level of surrender and the activation of the release of emotional, psychological and spiritual wounding that you are holding in your womb space. You will then be guided through Ecstatic Awakening Dance to deepen this energetic release and start the journey to reclaiming your feminine power. This will be followed by a guided womb visualisation to reconnect you to your womb wisdom and deep inner knowing.

We will end with a sound bath to help integrate your journey, balance the body’s energy and invoke a deep sense of relaxation. We will then come together for energy balls and herbal tea.

We recommend not eating for a couple of hours before the start of the Ceremony in order to reach a deeper experience with the cacao.

Nature, from a shamanic perspective, is thought to be the Divine manifest. It is one of the best tonics for our wellbeing and therefore a good place to retreat to when life feels difficult.

Did you know that trees have a sense of consciousness and they should always be treated with respect?

Living trees have a tree spirit, and they respond to the word dryad. Always approach a tree slowly, saying the word dryad out loud with an open heart and be specific as to any healing or support you would like to receive. Take a moment to show your gratitude before you leave.

COMPLIMENTARY HEALING SESSION

Do you find that you often repeat the same patterns in your day to day life, despite the fact that they are usually not very helpful?

This can be the result of an inner energetic blockage that is created in response to the difficulties we often face in our daily lives. These experiences can be very clearly upsetting and traumatic, but they can also be a build up of smaller frustrations and challenges.

These blockages can stop us from moving forwards in our lives and from stepping into our true potential. A shamanic healing session can help unblock this energy, to help you start creating the life that you want.

I am in the last stages of qualifying as a shamanic healer and am looking for some individuals who would be interested in receiving a free healing session in exchange for some feedback on the experience.
