◇Avoider – Runs from discomfort, hard conversations, or decisions. Procrastinates to feel safe.
♧Controller – Tries to manage everything and everyone to avoid uncertainty.
♡Pleaser – Puts everyone else first and loses themselves in the process.
♤Victim – Feels powerless, overwhelmed, or like things are happening to them.
◇Judge – Harsh inner critic that finds flaws in everything, especially you.
♧Hyper-Achiever – Only feels good when achieving. Can’t slow down without guilt.
♡Hyper-Rational – Stays in the mind, avoids emotions, overthinks every detail.
♤Hyper-Vigilant – Always scanning for danger, waiting for something to go wrong.
◇Restless – Jumps from thing to thing, can’t settle, always chasing the next hit.
♧Stickler – Perfectionist. Needs things done right, which leads to delays and stress.
🙋🏻♀️For me, there are many showing up on any given day. I’m restless, I’m judging, I slip into victim mode, I’m hyper-vigilant, and I’m a hyper-achiever. It’s bloody exhausting 😶🌫️
🤝We aren’t off the hook when it comes to our saboteurs - they’re still a part of us, and we’re fully responsible for them.
But we can create distance: understand them, see where they originated, catch them in the moment, forgive ourselves, and choose more empowering thoughts and actions.💫
⏯️When you can stop and spot your saboteurs you can interrupt them, the overwhelm eases, the overthinking quiets down, and you can begin to move forward 💫 Decisions feel clearer, your self-trust strengthens, and taking action becomes easier.
