I have never regretted a workout.

There are days when I feel unmotivated, tired, or I’ve just done what I could that day. There’s even days when I’ve skipped the gym.

BUT I’be never actually regretted a workout I’ve done. Have you? Think about it.. how could you regret something when you’ve showed up for yourself and invested your time into something that will ultimately benefit you! 🙌

Whether you show up at 6am in the morning, or 10pm at night, you are getting it done regardless and you should be grateful that you have the ability to move your body.

You get the choice what you want to do with your body, your well-being and how you can enhance your mental state through exercise and movement. So don’t neglect it!

If you can’t stop thinking about it, don’t stop working for it 💯

Every day we have a choice.. to talk about something or to actually do it.

If you want to do something there’s absolutely no reason why you can’t! BUT you have to put a plan in place and take action.

If you keep saying you really want to learn how to do a pull up, but you’re not practicing them regularly or tailoring your training to work towards that, it’s not going to happen 🤷‍♀️

Set your goals, act with intention and go for it! Don’t overthink it!

A little progress each day adds up to big results!

🌟Spotlight on my client Chelsea who has achieved this in 3 months! 🌟

Not everyone wants to lose weight, and in Chelsea's case the aim was to gain 💪

She has gained size in lean muscle mass in all the right places (just look at the b***y and legs 👀 without excess fat!)

How did we achieve this❓

⭐ Nutrition - Chelsea has been eating more! This is key 🔑 to building. Ensuring her protein intake is high and carbs are sufficient, whilst being able to have the meals she enjoys!

⭐ Training - weight and resistance training has been priority 🏋🏼‍♀️ and we have been pushing those weights hard! She has been training on average 4 times per week.

⭐ Accountability and consistency!
We have been keeping on top of both of these for the last 12 weeks. This is why we see changes 💪🔥

Building size and shape takes time, especially for women. But you can gain overall size without gaining fat! (Unfortunately these pics do not quite do justice to the muscle definition she has! 😍)

Would you rather an instant result that doesn't last, or work for a longer period of time in order to gain long-term results?

We're attracted to instant, fast fixes. But those fast fixes don't solve the problems 🙅🏼‍♀️

It's the habits, consistency, commitment and perseverance that make the whole journey worth it. Learn to embrace the fact that the race will take a little longer for lifetime results. 🏁
