An opportunity to develop confidence, self expression and ‘find your voice’ through learning practical techniques that can be applied into every day life including breath-work and vocal warm ups that are specially designed to release tension and calm your nervous system.
Explore playful self-expression through movement, gestures, rhythm and your voice and connect more deeply with the physical sensations of posture and energy - empower and ignite your confidence and communication.
