Seborrhoeic Keratosis (Seborrhoeic Wart) Removal ✨

Seborrhoeic keratoses are very common, harmless skin growths that often appear as we get older. They can develop due to a combination of genetics, ageing, and sun exposure, and are often described as looking “stuck on” to the skin.

Using Advanced Electrolysis, these lesions can be treated quickly and effectively. Following treatment, the area will usually form a small protective crust as part of the natural healing process. Over the following days or weeks, the crust will naturally shed, revealing smoother, clearer skin underneath.

Every skin lesion should be professionally assessed before treatment to ensure it is suitable for cosmetic removal.

✨ Holy Fire Reiki ✨

I’m now offering Holy Fire Reiki sessions as a Reiki Master Teacher, a powerful but gentle form of energy healing that works on the body, mind and emotional system.

Reiki works with the body’s natural energy field. When our energy becomes blocked through stress, trauma, exhaustion or emotional overwhelm, it can begin to show up physically in the body. Reiki helps to restore balance, calm the nervous system and support the body’s natural healing processes.

Many clients experience deep relaxation during a session, and often describe feeling lighter, clearer, calmer and more centred afterwards.

I also combine Holy Fire Reiki with my Somatic Fascia Release treatments, allowing both the physical body and energetic system to release tension together. This combination can be incredibly powerful, helping the body let go of stored stress and emotional holding patterns.

If you feel overwhelmed, run down, stuck emotionally, or simply feel the need to reset and reconnect with yourself, a Reiki session can be a beautiful place to start.
