I met this photo shy little cutie at my appointment over the weekend 💕

I actually got asked a good question whilst I was there, "Do you massage children?"

Yes - I absolutely can massage children, as long as their parent/gardian is present. What's more is I can help teach you techniques that can help with the younger ones too.

Deep Heat), this at first made feel a little disappointed as I'm use to that 'burn' feeling. Post swim ache but feeling good!!

SWIM UPDATE

A tough stretch to the 1st buoy, swimming against the wind!

The 2nd leg was smoother and more sheltered and the 3rd was SUPERCHARGED!! As the tides had changed so was giving us a helping hand. Unfortunately this was also the shortest leg 😅

The 4th was also tough as the tide had changed so we were also swimming against that.

Over all a fantastic event and HUGE HUGE thanks for helping raise over £200 for the RNLI 🥳💪🏊‍♀️❤️🤗
