It’s been a little while since I last posted on here, as so much of my focus has gone into an exciting new adventure with Roots to Sky. 🌿
The heart of my work has always been about connection, support, and creating spaces where people feel heard and that continues both through Paul J Counselling and this new journey.
I wanted to share all of our updated contact details in one place for anyone who would like to follow along, connect, or learn more about the work we’re doing.

I have not posted for a while and just wanted to take the time share this with you all. We recognise that things feel financially heavier than ever right now, and the cost of accessing support can sometimes be an added barrier when you are already carrying a lot.
At Roots to Sky, we're committed to making counselling both affordable and professional, without compromising on the quality, care and respect every person deserves. Our low-cost counselling service is here for anyone who may benefit from support.
If this isn't something you need personally right now, we'd really appreciate you sharing this post. It might just help it reach someone who is quietly struggling and could benefit from a space to talk.

I'm delighted to share that I've co-founded Roots to Sky Wellbeing Services alongside Nicola Perry!
At Roots to Sky we believe in supporting Wellbeing from the ground up offering couselling, supervision and workshops to all. Our goal is to provide a space where people feel supported, heard and empowered. We're proud to have a wonderful team of professionals who are excellent at what they do.
