Hi 👋 I just wanted to say something: I’ve helped people lose weight for 12 years now. I’m fascinated by the process🤔

Slimming World has the best eating plan ever I have to say, it’s easy to follow, gets great results and you never have to go hungry while losing weight. Top banana🙌

However. It’s not the most important thing in someone’s journey. What is? The 💞SUPPORT💞 around them all the way through it. The ❣️SUCCESS❣️in each and every one of my groups that keeps everyone inspired. The suggestions and tips that keep everyone going. The encouragement that keeps everyone motivated🤩

In short, I would say the reason I have SO MANY members with AMAZING weightlosses is down to a mix of things but right there at the top of that list is COMMUNITY 🙌💝

I’ve spent over a decade building these groups and when I stand back and look 👀 it’s the sense of belonging, care and teamwork that shines right through. It’s what makes the difference to someone when they need help or even want to give up…they lean on the group and it leads to breakthroughs 💪♥️
