We had a soothing yet powerful Sound Bath last night. ✨
I like to allow each session to unfold naturally, intuitively following the sounds and energies that feel right for the group. Last night, the sounds came through particularly strongly, even when I was playing very gently, creating a real depth to the experience.
The shamanic elements within our sessions also seem to be becoming increasingly important, offering an opportunity to reconnect with our natural instincts, our connection to the earth and a deeper sense of belonging. 🌿
I also introduced the new crystal harp, which brought a beautiful new dimension and gentle etheric energy to the evening.

Whenever I find myself in a season of transition or standing on the edge of change, I instinctively find my way back to the woods. 🌳
It’s where I feel most at home. Away from the noise and distractions, I walk slowly, breathe deeply and allow myself to simply be. I’ve learned over the years that I don’t always find the answers by searching for them. Instead, they seem to find me amongst the trees, in the stillness, in the birdsong and in the quiet whispers of nature.
Today felt especially magical. As I walked, the trees seemed more alive than ever. I noticed faces emerging from the bark that I’d never seen before. It wasn’t that they had suddenly appeared; perhaps they had always been there, waiting for me to slow down enough to truly notice.
The woods have become one of my greatest teachers. They remind me to trust the seasons of life, to surrender what I cannot control and to remember that every ending quietly makes space for a new beginning. Every time I leave, I carry a little more peace than I arrived with🌳✨. I hope you can find some healing in nature today 🙌🏻🪷🪽🪽

bath. Tonight we had the privilege of holding an intimate private Sound Bath for a truly lovely group of souls. ✨
There is something so special about these smaller gatherings. You can feel the connection, the openness, and the beautiful energy shared between everyone in the room. After the sound journey, we spent time together in quiet reflection and contemplation, allowing space for insights to settle and hearts to open.
Private Sound Bath experiences can be lovingly tailored to your group, whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, bringing friends together, supporting a wellbeing event, or simply creating time to pause and reconnect.

I’ve been feeding the crows in my local woods most days now for over three years. (I may be known as the crazy crow woman 😬🙊)

They recognise me instantly and recently I’ve noticed them swooping down and as they land infront of me they bow their head 🥹🥹. At first I thought I was imagining it, but it seems it’s a sign of recognition and a greeting. I’ve also started to do it back 🫣🫣🐦‍⬛. They are unbelievably intelligent, spiritual birds, and I believe, are the keepers of the woods. 🤗🙌🏻🙌🏻🌲🌲

Always bob your head when you see crows — it's their universal greeting.
You never know when you'll need a loyal flock of crows on your side. These clever birds remember faces, solve puzzles, and hold grudges like no other.
Crows are smart scavengers that feast on insects, fruits, seeds, and leftovers — keeping nature clean while thriving in any environment.
Respect the crow, feed the crow, and earn a powerful ally for life. 🐦‍⬛👑

Empathy can be one of our greatest strengths, but it can also be deeply exhausting. I’ve spent some quiet time in reflection recently, gently exploring what energy truly belongs to me and what I may have unknowingly carried for others.
Over the past few years, I’ve been exploring what it means to be a deeply empathetic and highly sensitive person. Along the way, I’ve learned how easily we can absorb the emotions and energy of those around us, sometimes without even realising that what we’re carrying may not be our own.
Even with that awareness, I still find it challenging at times to set healthy boundaries and to distinguish between what I’m genuinely feeling and what I may have absorbed from others. It’s an ongoing journey, and one I’m still learning from every day.

This isn’t about avoiding people or shutting ourselves off from the world. It’s about understanding where we end and others begin, learning to honour our own emotional wellbeing, and finding the people and places where we feel truly seen, understood, and accepted for who we are.
Many people have shared that they’ve been feeling more emotionally overwhelmed or heightened recently.

Whatever the reason, it’s a gentle reminder of how important it is to care for ourselves, spend time in nature, and create space to reconnect with ourselves.
I’m excited to share that the first accredited Empath Awareness Practitioner course will be launching in October, with dates to be announced soon. My hope is that it will offer support, understanding, and practical tools for those who feel called to this path, while also helping them support others with compassion and confidence.
If any part of this resonates with you, please know you’re not alone. There is strength in sensitivity, and there is comfort in finding a community where you feel understood. 🪽🪽
