Wow my eyes are filing with so many tears as I write this 🥹.

Lady jades zen den has officially closed its doors and the keys have been passed on to the new owners! And I know they will continue to create a beautiful space full of magic! ✨

Looking back over the time spent here fills me with so much pride and gratitude 🙏🏽 myself and many other facilitators created such beautiful healing spaces for so many souls! And I can walk away knowing that the zen den truly did change peoples lives in such a positive way 🥰. Some built their businesses here, some found their people, some began their healing journeys and some came to dance and move with so much freedom.

I know the zen den will be missed, but myself and my work will always remain ✨🤍 as do the many amazing facilitators such as .collective .

Thank you each and every person that walked through the zen den doors, for the support and encouragement, and mostly for the understanding that it’s time for me to move on with more freedom to do what I love doing 🤍✨

I am forever evolving and growing….. more on that another time.

Thank you always
Jade 🤍✨

Ohhh you are a baddie 🤪🙌🏽

You have faced a lot of challenges and judgement this year!

But you have handled it with so much strength 💪🏽 and now it’s time to reap the seeds you have sown! 🌱

Release all of that judgment, let it wash away! And see how strong and connected you are 💜✨

Cycles have ended!! Balance is restored 🤍

I don’t do the work I do to make a fortune.

I do it because it’s my purpose and my passion in life to create a safe space for you to fully let go. 🤍

And I think a big part of why this means so much to me is because I know what it feels like to not have that space.

I’ve lived through many experiences that left me in a constant state of fight or flight.

I know what it feels like to not feel safe in your own body.

To not know how to switch off.

To constantly be holding everything together, while desperately needing somewhere you could just put all your s**t on the table without fear of judgement.

Somewhere you could turn up exactly as you are.

Tears, anger, exhaustion, overwhelm, laughter, silence - all of it.

So whether you turn up to a treatment in tears and spill your guts…

Or you lie down, close your eyes and completely switch off from the world for an hour…

I want you to feel safe enough to do whichever one you need.

You don’t have to hold it together here.

You don’t have to be okay.

You don’t have to explain yourself.

You can simply be.

Because sometimes healing isn’t about fixing yourself.

Sometimes it’s about finally having a space where your nervous system can breathe, your body can soften, and you can let go of everything you’ve been carrying.

That’s why I do what I do.

That’s why I created Roots. 🌿

Now THIS is an award I can fully get on board with!! 😂🙌🏽

Finally, being weird, doing things in your own unique way and refusing to fit into the box is being recognised! 🤪

I am absolutely THRILLED to have been chosen as a finalist for the Weird AF Award 🦓💚

And honestly… I couldn’t think of a more fitting category for me. 😂

I am weird as f**k and proud of it!

I’ve spent far too many years worrying about what people think, trying to fit in, questioning whether I’m “too much” or whether the way I see and do things is a little too different.

And now?

I bloody love being different.

I love creating spaces where people can come exactly as they are. I love questioning the norm, mixing the spiritual with the practical, making things a little unconventional and doing things in a way that feels authentic to me.

Because maybe being “weird” isn’t something we need to fix.

Maybe it’s the very thing that makes us who we are. 🥹✨

So here’s to the weirdos.
The misfits.
The deep thinkers.
The rule breakers.
The ones who feel everything.
The ones who refuse to follow the crowd.

Stay weird. Stay curious. Stay unapologetically YOU. 🦓💚

And if being myself has somehow landed me as a finalist for Weird AF…
I’ll take that as a bloody compliment. 😂🙌🏽

I don’t know if anyone else has felt this shift with our recent full moon 🌝✨

It feels like a cycle has ended and a slate has been completely wiped clean! 🧼

For me, it’s been a beautiful reminder to slow down, regulate my nervous system, and truly acknowledge and appreciate the good things in my life.

Because yes, the world is full of chaos, pain and uncertainty.

But it is also FULL of beauty, love, connection, magic and peace. 🤍

Sometimes we become so focused on what’s going wrong that we forget to notice all the little things that are going right.

So, for anyone who has made it through this year against all odds, through the difficult days, the unexpected twists, the moments of “what the F ?!” 😂 and everything in between…

I AM SO PROUD OF YOU. 🥹🤍

Look at you.

Still here. Still growing. Still learning. Still becoming.

Take a moment to acknowledge just how far you’ve come. 🌱✨

Maybe this is your reminder that you don’t have to carry everything into the next chapter.

Some things are allowed to end.

Some things are allowed to be released.

And some things are simply here to remind you just how beautiful life can be. 🌝🤍

P.S. Before anyone says anything… I wasn’t using my phone while driving 😂 I had a little assistant helping me out 🤭📱

🙏

Small acts of self-care are often overlooked. 🤍

Staying in your snuddy all day because it makes you feel cosy, safe and relaxed.

Cancelling plans because financially, it just isn’t doable right now.

Cancelling plans because you’re overstimulated, or you know they’re going to disrupt your nervous system.

Choosing rest instead of pushing yourself through.

These might seem like small things, but they can have a huge impact on your wellbeing.

I love my job. I love creating spaces where people can slow down, find calm and reconnect with themselves. I love helping people regulate their nervous system and feel more grounded.

But I also know that sometimes, you don’t actually need to come for a treatment.

Sometimes the most supportive thing you can do for yourself is stay home, put your PJs on, get cosy and simply be. 🥰

Self-care isn’t always a massage, a meditation or a sound bath.

Sometimes self-care is saying “not today.”

And that counts too. 🌿
