On Friday, our team came together at Aldwark Manor Hotel for our All Staff Meeting, marking an exciting Innova Strategy and Brand Launch day.

From unveiling our new Innova-branded van to taking part in some brilliant team activities, it was a fantastic opportunity to connect, reflect and look ahead together.

Most importantly, the day reminded us why we do what we do: to create opportunities for people with physical needs to make everyday life more accessible, dignified and empowering.

A great day with an even greater purpose. Thanks to everyone who made it such a success!

We had a fantastic session at St Christopher's Hospice last week

Alongside CRASH, we were delighted to welcome guests to tour the refurbished wards and spaces, hear more about the project journey, and have some inspiring conversations around the importance of thoughtfully designed hospice environments and the vital role they play for staff, patients and families.

It was wonderful to bring together professionals from across the sector, share insights, and showcase what can be achieved through collaboration and a shared commitment to creating places that care for people.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, as well as the teams at St Christopher's Hospice and CRASH for helping make the event such a success.

Yesterday, Aaron and Jodie from our marketing team were delighted to attend the opening celebration at Martin House Children's Hospice.

It was a privilege to see the new spaces brought to life and to reflect on the part Innova has played in supporting the project, including the installation of ceiling hoist systems and a new hydrotherapy pool.

A moment that really resonated with us was hearing how meaningful the hydrotherapy pool will be for families. One parent shared that they were especially looking forward to being able to hug their child properly in the water, free from the equipment that is part of everyday care.

That is why these spaces matter so much. Specialist equipment should do more than support clinical care; it should help create comfort, dignity and moments of closeness for children and their families.

We also heard how valued the discreet hoist installations have been, helping the bedrooms feel calm and homely rather than clinical.

Thank you to everyone at Martin House for such a warm welcome, and congratulations to all those involved in creating this truly special environment. It looks absolutely fantastic and we have no doubt it will make a huge difference to so many families 🧡
