When working with couples trying to conceive, the focus is rarely just one factor.

It’s understanding how both partners’ metabolic, hormonal and nutritional health are interacting, and then adapting support as new information emerges.

In this case, we began by addressing foundational nutritional patterns, alongside targeted support for both partners based on their individual presentations.

As their picture evolved, so did the approach, including additional focus on male fertility markers, liver health, sleep, and early pregnancy nutritional support.

This is the reality of personalised fertility nutrition: it’s not a fixed plan, but an evolving process guided by physiology, clinical context, and ongoing response.

I’m really grateful to this couple for sharing their experience.

Here's exactly what we'd cover in your PCOS Fertility Assessment.

In 60 minutes, you'll leave with:

A clearer understanding of what's likely driving your symptoms and fertility challenges

A focused, prioritised plan of what to change first

Clarity on why previous approaches may not have worked

This is not a generic nutrition consultation. It's a structured, root-cause focused session designed to help you understand your specific pattern and what to do next.

The early bird price of £99 with code PCOS26 is available until Saturday, after which the price returns to £155.

A client came to me recently with PCOS and irregular cycles.

She’d already tried supplements, diet changes, exercise and ovulation tracking.

In our first session, we identified signs that blood sugar dysregulation and under-fuelling were likely contributing to her symptoms.

Instead of adding more supplements, we focused on the underlying patterns.

A few months later, her cycles were more regular and she finally understood why previous approaches hadn’t worked.

This is the work I do in the PCOS Fertility Assessment.

I love seeing the impact that targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes can have.

This couple came to me while trying to conceive. She has PCOS, and they were both looking to optimise their health and fertility.

Fast forward a few months and their results tell a very different story:

✓ Vitamin D improved
✓ Folate improved
✓ Vitamin B12 improved
✓ Cholesterol improved
✓ Blood sugar regulation improved

But what matters even more is how they’re feeling day to day.

More energy, better wellbeing, and greater confidence that they’re creating the healthiest possible foundation for conception.

This is why I always look beyond symptoms and focus on the underlying drivers of health. Small, consistent changes can create significant improvements in both health markers and fertility outcomes.

If you've been diagnosed with PCOS and are struggling to conceive, it's easy to assume the diagnosis itself is the problem.

But PCOS is a diagnosis, not an explanation.

Two women can have the same diagnosis and experience completely different underlying drivers affecting ovulation, cycle regularity and fertility. For one woman it may be insulin resistance. For another it may be chronic under-fuelling, inflammation, stress physiology, poor sleep, or a combination of several factors.

This is often why generic advice can feel so frustrating.

The challenge isn't usually a lack of information.

It's knowing which factors are most relevant to your body, and where to focus your efforts first.

That's exactly why I've created the PCOS Fertility Assessment.

In a 60-minute one-to-one consultation, we'll explore your fertility journey, identify the patterns that may be contributing to your symptoms, and create a realistic plan focused on the changes most likely to support your fertility.

✨ Launch offer: £99 (normally £155)
✨ Use code: PCOS26
✨ Available for a limited time

One week on from the PCOS → PMOS announcement, I think a lot of women are still processing what it actually means for them.

For some, it finally feels like recognition that PCOS is about far more than just the ovaries.

For others, it’s brought confusion, frustration, or overwhelm after years of trying to understand their symptoms.

At the Fertility Show in London last weekend, one thing that stood out to me was the increasing conversation around nutrition, lifestyle and metabolic health as foundational support for PCOS/PMOS, something I hope continues to grow within fertility care.

If all the discussion around PCOS/PMOS has brought up mixed emotions for you, you’re definitely not alone

PCOS being renamed to PMOS feels like a significant step forward in women’s health.

For a long time, we’ve known this condition is about far more than “ovarian cysts”. It’s a complex endocrine and metabolic condition affecting the whole body, from insulin and hormones to mood, skin, ovulation and long-term metabolic health.

A name change alone won’t fix the gaps in diagnosis, support or treatment, but language matters. The words we use shape how conditions are understood, investigated and managed.

Curious to see how this evolves clinically over the coming years, and whether my PCOS programme now needs a rebrand too 👀
