Here’s why everything you’ve tried for your PCOS hasn’t worked long-term…
You’ve cut out foods.
You’ve tried different diets.
You’ve exercised more.
You’ve tried to be “more disciplined”.
And maybe it worked for a while… but your symptoms came back, your cycles stayed irregular, or you’re still struggling to conceive.
The problem isn’t that you haven’t tried hard enough.
PCOS isn’t a willpower problem. It’s a complex hormonal and metabolic condition, and the right approach needs to look at why your PCOS is showing up the way it is.
Things like insulin resistance, blood sugar regulation, inflammation, nutrition, stress, sleep and your individual hormonal picture can all play a role.
When you only focus on eating less or cutting out more foods, you can end up addressing the symptoms without addressing the bigger picture.
So if you’re feeling frustrated because you’ve tried everything and still aren’t getting the results you want, know that you’re not failing.
You may simply have been missing some of the key pieces of the puzzle.
I’ve put together a free PCOS fertility guide to help you understand some of the common mistakes that could be holding you back.
