What a lovely day!
I've spent the last 2 days teaching 2 very empathic and experienced ladies the joys of in sunny Norfolk at clinic.
They were totally accepting of the work and both took to it like ducks to water.
Such a beautiful 2 days.

I have been asked by a previous student to run a CORE I 2 day course in beautiful Norfolk, the county most close to my heart(and my Mum).
The venue is the lovely new studio Rose | Holistic Therapist; Adults & Children in Attenborough, so quite central.
Come and learn the first protocol of CORE Fascial Release . A full body where we learn to soften, coax and explore with our clients how much their bodies can let go.

Top 10 Hot Spots is a great way to introduce yourself to the joys of whether you're a therapist or not. Something for everyone!
Starting with the diaphragm and working through key areas of the body to bring some relief and release.
I can imagine it being brilliant not just for anyone trained to level 3 in massage but also yoga teachers, personal trainers and reiki practioners who want to help students breath better and move better.
A beautiful 6 hours with me having a chuckle, getting some treatment and learning some useful new skills.
