Thursday Throwback 💚

The photo on the left feels like a lifetime ago sometimes… and the one on the right is proof of what can happen when you keep showing up, even on the hard weeks.

As my own journey continues …. I’m currently working towards that next stone bracket and that 8 stone award 👏🏻

This journey has never been about being perfect. There have been busy days, emotional days, stressful days and plenty of moments where giving up would’ve been easier. But small steps really do add up.

That’s exactly what we believe at Zest Weymouth. Real people, real life and realistic changes that actually fit around work, family, nights out and everything in between.

To every single one of my Zest members… thank you for inspiring me every week with your determination, support and kindness towards one another 💚

Important Zest Update 💚

From W/C 11/05/2026 there will be a small change to the Zest timetable, with our Tuesday morning session coming to an end.

As Zest continues to grow and evolve, it’s important for me to regularly review the timetable to make sure groups are running in the best possible way for both members and myself personally.

All other Zest sessions will continue as normal and there are still plenty of friendly and supportive groups running across the week including Monday mornings and evenings, Wednesday evenings, Friday mornings and Saturday mornings 💚

This change will also free up a little more time for me to spend with my children during the school holidays, which is something that is really important to me whilst balancing both work and family life.

I would also like to say a huge thank you to everybody who has supported the Tuesday morning group over the past 9 months. Your support has meant so much.

As always, members can also use our Missed Session form on the website if they are ever unable to attend group and would still like to send their weight in.
