The weather is looking great for our next Yoga Sauna & Smoothies morning on Saturday 27th at 10am.

Spend a couple of hours in my sunny garden with me enjoying a beautiful yoga practice, time in our wood fired sauna, and freshly made smoothies. You’ll be able to lounge in the sun and take some well deserved time for yourself.
