I watched this this morning and honestly… it stopped me in my tracks.
The questions these men were asked?They’re the kind of questions women in business get all the time.
Not about their vision.Not about their strategy.Not about their success.
But about… balance, family, how they manage it all.
And when you flip it?You see it for what it is.
Bias. Conditioning. Expectations we’ve normalised for far too long.
The part that really got me…When they mentioned their daughters.
Because suddenly it’s not just a question.It’s “Would I want her to be judged like this?”
This is why so many women feel like they have to prove themselves twice as much.Why confidence can feel shaky… even when they’re more than capable.
And this is why I do what I do.
Because confidence isn’t about becoming more…It’s about unlearning everything that made you feel like you weren’t enough in the first place.
