🛥️ What a day on the MV Freedom boat ⚓️

Sunshine ☀️ sea breeze 🌊 laughing with the crew 😁 and then nature decided to show off 🐬
We spotted playful seals chilling on the rocks 🦭 and a dolphin swimming alongside us like it was part of the trip! Absolutely unreal! 🤩

Nothing beats good friends, sea air, and surprise wildlife moments 💙
Definitely one for the memory books ✨

🎊 What a fun Wednesday! ✨

We started the day in the sports hall with some brilliant team games, including one of our favourites – Castles 🏰 There was lots of energy, teamwork and friendly competition as everyone got involved 🫱🏼‍🫲🏻

In the afternoon, we switched over to performing arts, where we worked on our improvisation skills 🎭 We came up with creative uses for random objects and had lots of fun trying to make each other laugh, while one person had to keep a straight face 🎬

There was some brilliant acting, quick thinking and plenty of laughter throughout the session 😂 A fantastic mix of sport, creativity and fun! 💚

🐙 Some of the Arts & Crafts and Tuck by Truck team enjoyed a trip to the Sea Life Centre on Thursday 🦑

We enjoyed watching the playful otters during their lunchtime 🦦 and saw jellyfish 🪼 penguins 🐧 turtles 🐢 and so much more 🤗
Everyone absolutely loved seeing all the amazing sea life again, and it was such a lovely afternoon enjoyed by all 💙

Our recent arts and crafts session was a burst of colour and creativity! 🎨

We started by using vibrant tissue paper 🫟 to create textured backgrounds 👨🏻‍🎨 sparking a delightful discussion about which colours bring us happiness 💖
Then, we transformed colourful ✂️ strips of paper into cheerful sunshine collages 🌞 Each creation radiates positivity and creativity 👏🏻 that are sure to brighten anyone’s day! 🌈

💪🏻 Another fantastic ‘Join In With Jaimie’ fitness and movement session with a wonderful large group at Dorset Abilities Group! ✨

The session was fully inclusive, with every exercise adapted so that everyone could join in and take part - including members of the group who use wheelchairs ♿️
It was amazing to see such energy, determination, and teamwork from everyone involved 🙌🏻
