Our community walk returns on the 4th July with a Wimbledon-inspired theme.

Join us for a relaxed walk followed by Pimms, Sparkling Tea, and Eton Mess courtesy of Breda Murphy’s, as we celebrate the season in true Wimbledon style.

We’d love to welcome both familiar and new faces for an afternoon of fresh air, conversation, and summer treats.

Meet Steve💪

He brings over a decade of coaching experience, with a strong sporting background in rugby, athletics, boxing, and powerlifting.

His coaching philosophy built around one thing: sustainable progress.

Because real transformation doesn’t come from extreme plans or short-term motivation. It comes from building strength, resilience, and habits you can actually maintain.

Steve knows that first-hand.

After losing 30kg himself through the same principles he now teaches clients, he understands both the physical and mental side of change - and how to help people create results that last.

Whether your goal is to move better, get stronger, lose weight, build confidence, or simply feel healthier again, Steve meets you where you are and helps you move forward without the all-or-nothing approach.

Outside the gym floor, you’ll usually find him training Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, or out hiking with his family 🥾

We’re currently offering:
• 3 PT sessions for £49 (members)
• 3 PT sessions for £85 (non-members)

Great turnout for our Community 5K Walk with Coffee Shop 👟☕

It was brilliant to see members come together for fresh air, good conversation, and a well-earned free coffee and tray bake from Breda Murphy afterwards.

Community is a huge part of what we do, both inside and outside the gym. Whether you’re joining us for physio, for gym classes, strength training, or reformer sessions, it’s all about feeling good, staying active, and connecting with others.

On Saturday 9th May at 12:15pm, we’re hosting a community walk through Whalley in partnership with Breda Murphy.

This is your invitation to slow down, move with intention, and connect with familiar faces or new ones.

Open to members and non-members. All ages welcome. Dogs welcome.

We return to the gym afterwards for complimentary coffee and tray bake from Breda Murphy's.

Sophie has a background in athletics, rounders, and aerial fitness. She loves going to the gym and makes it a huge part of her day-to-day life.💪

In her training and coaching, she highlights quality movement and drives long-term progress. Sophie champions strength training as a "means to make your mind and body feel strong".

When she's not guiding you through structured strength sessions, she's usually spending time with her dogs Buster and Otis, catching up with friends or unwinding in our reformer studio.
