He brings over a decade of coaching experience, with a strong sporting background in rugby, athletics, boxing, and powerlifting.
His coaching philosophy built around one thing: sustainable progress.
Because real transformation doesn’t come from extreme plans or short-term motivation. It comes from building strength, resilience, and habits you can actually maintain.
Steve knows that first-hand.
After losing 30kg himself through the same principles he now teaches clients, he understands both the physical and mental side of change - and how to help people create results that last.
Whether your goal is to move better, get stronger, lose weight, build confidence, or simply feel healthier again, Steve meets you where you are and helps you move forward without the all-or-nothing approach.
Outside the gym floor, you’ll usually find him training Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, or out hiking with his family 🥾
