New Moon in Gemini musings
Instead of the intensity of “it’s a New Moon so I must start something new”, I feel that this energy is really asking you to hold off for a moment. Maybe it’s because we are also building towards Litha (Summer Solstice) on Sunday but my intuition is telling me to hold fire…we all know to not ignore our intuition now, don’t we!
Perhaps it’s the two tone Gemini vibe, perhaps it’s the Super New Moon power intensifying, perhaps it’s that we will soon hit the peak point of the longest day and so there’s more to come. I almost feel like this is a balancing act and, although I have creative loveliness in the wings, I’m not ready for them to take flight yet (you’ll just have to wait a bit longer). In fact it almost feels like a need to declutter and remove and release stuff is what’s required, which is typically a full moon vibe.
Gemini’s can cut straight to the core, no messing, so if you’ve been dilly-dallying lately, this is a super call to sort out the stuff you said you would, before you step forward.
As I said to my Circle of Eight Groups, Litha is a time to reflect back on all your amazing achievements since Winter Solstice. A positive reflection on how amazing you are, no matter how big or small. Embrace that positive face of Gemini and shine brightly. Then in a few days time, as the Moon begins to wax into Cancer, allow you emotions to lead the way in what’s coming in for you.
