It was the best day of the year and it’s approaching us again 👀👀👀
Lots of you have been asking if this is happening again and yes yes yes of course - how could I not!? It was like a beautiful dream and I can’t wait to camp and the beach and light the fire at 2am for just 1 day of the year 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡
There’s 3 sessions to choose from. 4am, 4.30am and 5am! Don’t worry, timings are loose and you will not miss the sunrise! Sunrise is around 4.25am 🌞

It’s happening! Lots of you have been wondering if me and calm_af_soundhealing were going to team up again and yes yes we certainly are ❤️
As it sold out very fast last year, we’re doing in once a month for the Summer, starting on June 4th so more chances for you to experience the magic of this dream combo ✨

There’s 12 spaces per session! We all experience Sue’s soundbath on the beach together and the group splits for the sauna part, alternating 6 at a time 💕

A very rejuvenating time was had last weekend on Northern Ireland Yoga Retreat - thank you Amy! Alongside the weather being stupidly good to us, we bathed in the clearest of waters, moved our bodies, walked, talked, ate delicious food and had ample sauna time. I guided our lovely bunch through riverside sauna whisking sessions using birch and eucalyptus and finished with handmade body scrubs. A good few deep breaths, laughter and the luscious scent, sound and feel of the whisks around and on us, elevated our senses and left us cleansed and joyful 💚🌱
was the special pair of eyes behind the lens all weekend and I can’t wait for her to come and take some snaps of soon ✨
