Lower oestrogen levels lead to all sorts of changes and symptoms including: acne, hot flashes, night sweats, poo/interrupted sleep, anxiety, brain fog, low mood, dry skin, itchy ears, dizziness …

Oestrogen receptors are found all over the body which is why it is associated with so many bodily functions and why lots of things are affected at this time.

Tracking symptoms is key so that you can share info with your GP should you feel you need to try HRT.

We are currently looking for raffle prize donations for our Charity Strongman Competition on August 8th 💪🏼

Last year, together we raised over £1,300, with more than £600 coming from the raffle alone - helping us successfully donate a defibrillator to Crawford Park Bowls Club.

This year, we’re aiming to raise enough funds to provide another potentially lifesaving defibrillator for the local community.

One of the most important parts of SHF Retreats was creating an environment where people can properly relax and switch off.

I have mentioned this pillow a lot in Pilates and PT. I totally recommend it for helping with neck pain, as well as for back and hip pain in bed. Poor sleep posture at the top of your body will impact your posture all the way down your body. This is a good starting to point to help you sleep better 😴
