The shop has a great range of vitamins, herbal and homeopathic remedies, aromatherapy oils. If you are interested in crystals, we have a good range for sale at the shop

There is a broad range of food products to

choose from with organic, special diet products and gluten free foods. Our Organic bakery uses only high quality ingredients and every one is listed on the labels. No hidden ingredients!. We specialise in spelt and yeast free products and also a vegan range (most of the bread is dairy free and vegan)
