She also has post graduate training in Chinese herbal medicine. She trained with Stephen Birch in a gentle Japanese therapy called Shonishin. It works very quickly on babies and children .... they are built ( as are we) for change and have an enormous amount of resilience available to them. Amanda came across The Three Principles around 8 years ago - an understanding around how the mind works through the work of Sydney Banks. She is very passionate about sharing this, its the answer to everyone’s issues. She is very inspired by Dr. Dicken Bettinger who teaches The Three Principles. Dicken has an awesome vision + is the ‘Master of the Heart.’ She loves his ability to wake people
Up to their own wellbeing, genius and creativity. Amanda attended his first ‘Healing The World’ programme in the US in 2018. She is committed to share with as many people as she can about health + wellbeing & how to heal the world. Amanda has recently been invited to be a director of a community interest project called Happy Here. A cafe / one stop shop where the community can have space for connection and creativity.
