2 different knee aspirations- 1st one is normal straw like coloured synovial fluid aspirated from an arthritic knee. The 2nd picture is a haemarthrosis (blood) aspirated from a prepatellar bursa of a rugby player how had an impact injury where his knee made contact with the hard ground - both aspirations were done under ultrasound
