✨ WHAT HAPPENS IN A 1-1 CONSULTATION? ✨

Curious about what to expect? Here’s a little insight into your journey with me…

🌸 We start by exploring what flower essences are, how they work, and how they can support your wellbeing. If you’re open to it, I may also receive intuitive messages during your session.

📝 You’ll fill out a consultation form, and together we’ll dive deeper into your answers to uncover exactly what you need emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

💧 I’ll then create your *own unique, personalised flower essence blend*, made just for you in a dropper bottle—ready to use straight away.
(Most blends are taken as 4 drops on the tongue or in water, but I’ll guide you on this during your session.)

🔮 To close, I offer a minimum 3-card tarot reading (completely optional).

🌙 Then it’s your time… to begin your flower essence journey and step into a more balanced, aligned version of yourself.

⏱ Initial consultations usually take around 1–1.5 hours, with follow-up sessions lasting approximately 50 minutes.

✨ Repeat sessions can be helpful, but aren’t always needed.
