Many of you who have met me in person will know that I live with M.E. (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome).

Unfortunately, I've experienced a significant flare-up this week, which is why I've been much quieter than usual on social media.

To give my body the time it needs to recover, I won't be taking on any new bookings or attending any events over the next two weeks. I will, however, be honouring all pre-booked sessions.

This is a reminder that rest and self-care aren't luxuries—they're an essential part of looking after our health. Sometimes the best thing we can do is listen to our bodies and give ourselves the time and space to recover.
