👋🏻 Men’s Health Week!👋🏻

🚹 Men Can Get Breast Cancer Too 🚹

Breast cancer isn’t just a women’s disease. Men have breast tissue and can develop breast cancer, although it’s much less common.

🔍 How to check yourself:

* Look for any new lump or thickening in the breast or chest area.
* Check for changes to the ni**le, such as pulling inward, discharge, or a rash.
* Notice any swelling, pain, or changes in the skin around the chest.

🖐️ Once a month, gently feel your chest and the area under your arms for anything unusual.

If you notice any changes, contact your doctor promptly. Early detection can make a big difference.
