Ahh I can’t believe it’s been a whole year since I completed my Sound healing training 🧡 it’s been a beautiful Learning & healing journey so far, I remember how nervous I was at holding space for groups, public speaking is something I’ve always struggled with so this has been a huge leap out of my comfort zone!
