Would any of my existing patients like to try this foot product for me? It’s for those of you who find it difficult to rub foot moisturiser on your feet. I will gift it to someone i know has dry, hard skin and in return I’d like you to let me know the results.

July is a busy month for me, so I am thinking about working Saturday 27 June in order to fit patients in. I will wait to see where the majority of interest lies and then decide whether to work in Bishops Waltham or Wickham. Please let me know which location is best for you?

A friend sent me photos of her granddaughter’s feet. From the photos on the left, I pretty much knew it was ‘pitted keratolysis’ - a BACTERIAL skin infection. I asked some questions. First question - are they uncomfortable to walk on? The answer - no. Secondly - are her feet smelly? Answer- yes very. So far they had been treating as verrucas - a VIRUS and the condition had not improved. I advised they needed to get a prescription from their GP/pharmacist for a topical antibiotic & work on how to reduce bacterial growth. The photos to the right show the feet only 2 weeks later. Result 🙌

Both new patients are going to tell their sisters to book in with me 😁

Mrs S was my first patient to visit from Botley. Her big toes rub on those next to them, this creates uncomfortable hard skin, which I reduced with a scalpel. Also, the toe nails were lifted at one side, I burred with an attachment on my Chiropody drill and applied nail oil (contains ingredients to get nails back to health).

Mrs D was recommended to me by her friend. The main thing bothering her, was a painful soft corn, I used a scalpel and picked out x2 nucleus. I spotted that some of her toe nails had fungus, so I burred away as much infection as possible and applied an anti fungal product.

I discussed with both patients, prevention methods such as padding products and home remedies.

I am now at x3 locations in the Meon Valley:
Mondays - Wickham; Wednesdays - Bishops Waltham; Fridays - Newtown/Soberton.
