What a wonderful Beltain celebration at Butser Ancient Farm. I had the pleasure of helping on her beautiful stall, with much appreciated support from our good friend . 

The weather played games with us, from being super warm to soaked to the bone, but it only served to bring people together even more closely and create a wonderful atmosphere. 

The wickerman was again sculpted by the very talented and was definitely the highlight of the event. To see the wickerman up close before the burn with  such amazing craftsmanship, was incredible. As you can see from the photographs, it went up a treat!

It was lovely to chat with so many wonderful people, too many to list here, but we must of course mention who looked fabulous as always!

What an amazing event. Thank you for bringing this together and all of your hard work. It's been wonderful to see this celebration become so immensely successful over the years. ✨🔥☀️

Springtime magic at the Yoga Garden 💚✨🌿

What a beautiful evening! It was an absolute joy to spend time in the yurt listening to the birds and watching the very tiny bunnies bouncing around. The warmth of the sun and gentle woodburner fire brought a different energy and glow to my instruments. 

We reflected upon the magnificent power of nature and the gentle spirit it brings to action. These are qualities that a human world, intent on it's own demise, can certainly learn from. Let us tune into the spirit of the time and be guided by it's wisdom.

The beautiful Yoga Garden! ✨♥️☀️

How wonderful to be here in early spring and feel the land begin to move. I love the way this landscape holds you and brings a feeling of deep unshakeable stillness. 

We are now in the third month of the Celtic Tree Calendar, and can associate this significant time with the Ash tree. Here we may draw a connection to the World Tree (Yggdrasil in Norse, though adopted into Celtic tree lore), connection, prophecy, and magical energy. It certainly feels like we need this sense of connection right now and to turn back towards nature to find our way. To consider more carefully where we place our roots and what are branches reach for. Through this understanding, I wish for a future where nature is at the heart of all things. 

Thank you to everyone who came along to this event. It was great to be able to share my love for sound and discuss it's effects on the heart, mind and physical body. Also, a BIG appreciation to for making these sessions possible, you are wonderful and provide the most nurturing space to hold my sound baths. 

See you again in April during the time of Willow and moving towards the celebration of Beltane. 🔥🌿✨

✨🌝 What a wonderful first sound bath for 2026 at the Yoga Shed. Charged by the full moon the instruments really glowed with resonance and energy! Thanks to everyone who came along and also for sharing their thoughts and feelings at the end. It's always fascinating to talk about sound and our personal response to it.

The next season here is fully booked but there are spaces on my session at the Yoga Garden (link in bio), or book ahead for June!

Winter Solstice blessings to you all ✨

This year we’ve retreated into the quiet lowland hills of Cornwall, taking some much needed time for stillness, rest and reflection.

Alban Arthan, The Light of Winter,  marks the Winter Solstice, the shortest day and longest night, and the moment when the sun is reborn and begins its slow return toward spring. It is a time honoured in the Druidic tradition, also known as the Light of Arthur.

We’re not far from Tintagel, held within a landscape rich with Arthurian myth and ancient stories. There’s something deeply grounding here, and a quiet magic with the land. I feel very drawn to this place and grateful to be resting within it with my lovely wife and our youngest daughter.

The Yoga Garden was beautiful last night. It's so still and quiet this time of year. The sky was clear and the owls were out. It was dark really early, and the candle at the centre of the yurt created a glow of warm, comforting light. I love being here. It's a total reset and return to nature through sound and natural earthing. Thank you to everyone who came along; may the wise and ancient mother Elder walk quietly in you shadow, and guide the way through these darkest of nights.

What an amazing evening in the roundhouse! Lucy, myself and our good friend Holly, had the pleasure of experiencing the beautiful music of Carolyn Hillyer and Nigel Shaw at Butser Ancient Farm. It's been a year since they last visited the roundhouse, and it felt like a reset and re-tuning into the land. The flutes, singing, proto-Celtic and drumming, was food for the soul. Thank you to .nigelshaw for sharing your wonderful work, for hosting and of course, for your company. May we all find peace, rest and inspiration during these winter months.

Thanks to everyone who came along to my sound bath at the Yoga Shed this evening. ✨🔥

We tuned into the turning of the season and the darkness of these November nights. The rain pitter-pattered on the roof and weaved into the soundscape. We also reflected upon the image of the Elder tree as a symbol of wisdom; sensing and feeling the great mysteries of life through sound.

My next sound bath at the Yoga Shed is in the new year. Booking is available on my website now, don't hang about as spaces are limited and it tends to sell out quickly (thank you all so much!).
