💜🪷 A LOVELY DAY AT MEADOWVIEW CARE HOME 🪷💜

It was such a pleasure to visit Meadowview Care Home yesterday to deliver a staff wellbeing session. 💆‍♀️✨

I began with a gentle Palo Santo cleansing ritual before treating the wonderful team to some well-deserved massage and relaxation. The people who spend their days caring for others deserve a little TLC themselves! 💛

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Meadowview Care Home to deliver a special staff wellbeing session with Batt-Rei-Energy Wellbeing. ✨

The staff spend so much of their time caring for others, so it was lovely to give them the opportunity to take a little time for themselves. ❤️

I began the session by using Palo Santo as part of a gentle cleansing ritual, helping to create a peaceful, calming atmosphere and welcome positive energy before the massages began. 🪷✨

The staff then enjoyed some well-deserved massage and relaxation, taking a little time out from their busy day to unwind, recharge and focus on their own wellbeing. 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️💜

I believe that the people who care for others deserve to feel cared for, too. Sometimes, it’s the little moments of calm that can make such a difference. 🥰

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Meadowview Care Home to deliver a special staff wellbeing session with Batt-Rei-Energy Wellbeing. ✨

Hi, I’m Lisa, the founder of Batt-Rei-Energy Wellbeing. 💜

I’m passionate about bringing a little extra happiness, relaxation and connection into the lives of the people I support. 🥰

✨ From gentle hand, arm, neck and shoulder massages to Reiki, aromatherapy, sensory activities, reminiscence, music, movement and one-to-one relaxation, every session is tailored to the individual.

🪷 I work with residential and nursing homes, dementia care services, supported living, learning disability services and retirement living communities.

💜 With my Health & Social Care qualifications and experience supporting adults with additional needs, I understand how important it is to create moments where people feel valued, comfortable, included and cared for.

✨ I also offer staff wellbeing days, because the people who care for others deserve a little care too!

My aim is simple: to create little moments that matter. 💕

💜 A Little Moment of Remembrance 💜

Sometimes, the smallest things can hold the most meaning. 🕊️

I’ve recently been asked to make 20 lavender scent bags as a little keepsake for a funeral. Each one has been lovingly prepared, wrapped in purple, placed inside a delicate white organza bag and finished with a handmade remembrance tag. 💜

I wanted each little bag to carry a message of comfort, peace and love, offering a gentle reminder of the memories we hold close to our hearts.

✨ A gentle scent of lavender, a moment of calm, and a little reminder that love never fades.

Creating something so personal is a beautiful reminder that little moments really do matter. 💜

There were lots of smiles, laughter, relaxation and, of course, plenty of treats! 🍬🧁💜 The residents enjoyed some relaxing neck massages and a little bit of extra pampering, making time to slow down, feel special and enjoy those little moments that matter. ✨

It’s days like these that remind me exactly why I love what I do. Seeing residents relax, smile and enjoy themselves makes my work with Batt-Rei-Energy Wellbeing so rewarding. 🪷

I went to Fervid Gym last night and absolutely LOVED it! 😍

I tried the Spin class and Kettlebell class with Jan Spruce, and honestly, I enjoyed every minute! 🚴‍♀️🏋️‍♀️

A massive thank you to Jan for taking the classes, making them so enjoyable and giving me that extra motivation! ❤️

Sometimes you just need to step out of your comfort zone, try something new and do something for YOU! ✨

I left feeling amazing, motivated and already looking forward to going back! 💪🥰
