It’s gymnastics Time again so we are closed as Gemma Luxton is heading to Orlando to support Avaraes creative creations in her world’s competition.

The WGA girls are smashing it out there so far!

Normal service will resume 15th July and available appointments from 20th.

Just a quick notice for anyone coming for an appointment the lift is not working, maintenance are aware and believe this will be fixed before Friday.

But while I’ve been quiet online, I’ve still been learning, growing, helping women, building ideas, and figuring out what’s next for RejuvaLux.

I’ve spent years training, practising, and listening to women talk about changes to their bodies that are often dismissed, minimised, or brushed off as “normal”.

đŸ€• Discomfort.
đŸ˜¶ Loss of confidence.
💩 Changes that affect daily life far more than people realise.

đŸȘ„ If I don’t believe a treatment will genuinely help you, I won’t offer it.
đŸȘ„ If I think something else is more appropriate, I’ll say so.

That’s how trust is built, and that’s how women’s healthcare should work.
