Fantastic service throughout
On Friday the 31st July 2026 I spoke to Amy at ALINE to enquire about purchasing a specific Mobility scooter for my dear wife,
i was told that they would be able to order one on the Friday and it would be ready for collection on the following Wednesday. And on the Wednesday it was in the shop in Widnes ready to be picked up so first of all what great service that was ,
i was dealing with Amy throughout this and i have got to say what a very great pleasure it has been to speak to her she was so nice both on the phone and when we met on picking up the scooter,
i have also got to mention the price we paid i saved and i am not joking 3 hundred pounds on what we had been quoted at other very well known firms so thank you all at ALINE i would 100% recommend you to anyone ,your service is 2nd to none!

CUSTOMER REVIEW!

New Customer over the moon as her bed sore/decubitus ulcer healed within 3 weeks from our new cushion advice!

We recently visited a new customer in St Helens to demonstrate powered wheelchairs. Whilst visiting the lady mentioned she had the start of pressure sores appearing, which were getting very sore for her on her bottom near her coccyx area, as she was mainly sat in her old powerchair most of the day, on a standard cushion.
We advised the Ultimate Healthcare Pressure Relieving coccyx cut out cushion for up to medium risk patients as this would alleviate the pressure completely on her coccyx boney area, and therefore help heal the ulcer before the skin deteriorated any further, or worse, became a full open ulcer.
The lady purchased the cushion.
We have just spoken with her today, only 3 weeks later to check in on how she was doing, and the lady is over the moon - the sore has completely healed! Fantastic news.

Delivery and set up of new ultimate healthcare tamora dynamic air flow mattresses for knowsley council.

We offer a range of mattresses suitable for patients considered to be up to a high risk of pressure ulcer development and can be used in a Community and Long Term Care setting.

Aline Mobility's installation team arranged a full installation of a Vimec V6-s platform lift, within a Gym whilst allowing the Gym and sports centre to continue to stay open and trade, whilst the platform lift was fully installed and commissioned. The area around the location of platform lift was cordoned off and barriers erected and the installation proceeded whilst no disturbance to gym users and no Gym closure needed.
Aline Mobility installation team had the lift installed and set-up and commisioned within 12 hours. With this efficiency and keeping disruption to a minimum, Aline can help keep commercial premises and business running and open, whilst DDA equipment is installed, platform lifts, Linear, Vertical, Stairlifts, Hoist, Changing facilities and many more locations and applications.

Subcontracted Installation of New Vimec AR:IA , three landing level access.
Our installation team carried out full install and set-up. The lift cabin had extra LED light circuit, which allows the Vimec AR:IA to have a cabin finish which sets it apart from its competitors and with sliding operational doors, gives the platform lift a real feel of large lift operation even though the Vimec platform lift, takes up little space compared to a large lift and can be installed in domestic or commercial locations.

Aline Mobility can arrange full surveying , design and installation all within house or commercial property, NO subcontracting or client having to deal with several different departments and companies.

New sleek Gartec Aritco PLA (Public Lift Access) Platform Lift supply and installation in Butlers Wharf Commercial Premises, London. Our Aline surveyor/ designer site surveyed months ago and designed the lift layout with Red Workspace who are carrying out a full refurbishment of the location. Aline Mobility took all Red workspace architects information and needs into consideration and listened to and liaised with their internal designer, who had specific requirements for the lifts architects. Our install team arranged works through Aline's office team of ladies, who work hard in the background, keeping their fingers on the pulse with every site, regular contact with on site management team of Red workspace.
Full install and commissioning was completed within 3 days, 2 days ahead of schedule.
The installation and set-up had several extra touches added by Aline however these were added and completed by Aline at no extra cost to customer, to allow a sleek modern contemporary finished product and to set the finished lift product above and beyond the expectations of the architect and internal designer. With Aline Mobility's attention to detail, and with the whole workforce from office staff through to installation engineers, service engineers the final objective for Aline Mobility is to do the full job, start to finish seamlessly, with little or no disruption for our customers, and leave site with a fully working finished lift that the end user will be happy with. Outside PLA for Gartec UK.
Had to think outside the box 📦 literally & behind time, but pulled it back 😰 totally ran out of 'baby oil lubrication' 😒😏 getting this one fitted,,,
paint thickness between metal structure which "Stevie Wonder" erected, without the use of a set-square or spirit-level.

😎🤠 just another day for Aline Mobility, installation team's & servicing guys,,,, running round & the 6 Aline Office Angels 😇 keeping the Circus 🎪 on schedule 😁
