Since 2020, I’ve watched this work change, grow and take on different forms.

It began with Hailstone Arts, then became Hailstone Arts & Healing, Hailstone Holistics and finally Drakaina Hail.

Each name represented a different part of my journey. Each one held my creativity, my healing work, my growth and the experiences I shared with the people who trusted me.

Now, I’ve decided to close the Drakaina Hail page, at least for now.

Not because that part of me has disappeared. I’m still Drakaina Hail.

But my focus needs to be on Wildoria CIC and the work we are building there. That is where my time, energy and vision need to go next.

The healing work will still be available privately for anyone who genuinely wants to work with me. You can contact me through Elisa Albuquerque or Wildoria.

I’m proud of everything this journey has been.

This isn’t the end of the fire.

It’s simply time to choose where it burns next. 🖤🔥

You know you don’t need to know how to paint.
You know there are only six people in the room.
You know I’ll take you through the drumming journey and then give you the space to respond with colour, movement and instinct.

So I’m not going to explain it again.

I’m just going to ask you:
Are you coming?

Only six people.

Not because I couldn’t squeeze more bodies into a room.

Because I don’t want to.
This experience needs space.

Space to settle.
Space to listen.
Space to feel whatever comes up.
Space to create without wondering who is watching you.

I want to know who is in the room.
I want you to feel held, not lost in a crowd.

And I want enough quiet around each person for this to actually feel like an experience — not another workshop where twenty people are fighting for the facilitator’s attention.

That’s why Paint What the Drum Reveals is limited to just six places.

You’ve been feeling disconnected from yourself.
You spend far too much time in your head.
You know there’s something underneath the surface, but you can’t quite find the words for it.

Or maybe you’re simply craving a couple of hours where nobody needs anything from you.

You don’t need to be artistic.
You don’t need to understand what comes up.
You don’t need to create something beautiful.
You just need to be willing to listen.

I’ll take you through the rhythm of the drum, then you’ll move into intuitive painting and let your hands respond before your mind starts telling you what things should look like.

…you’re craving a space where you can breathe, feel and create without being judged.

This is not about being good at art.
This is about giving yourself permission to listen inwardly, follow the rhythm, and let whatever is sitting underneath come through in colour, movement and marks.

No pressure.
No performance.
No need to explain yourself.
Just space.

You don’t have to come with the right words.
You don’t have to know what’s wrong.
You don’t have to explain why you feel heavy, disconnected, restless, numb, angry, emotional or simply not quite yourself.

Sometimes words are the problem.
Sometimes we’ve talked something to death and we still haven’t actually felt it move.

That’s why this experience uses another language.
🥁 Rhythm.
🎨 Colour.
🖤 Instinct.

I drum.
You listen.
And when the journey finishes, you paint whatever wants to come through.

No meaning required.
No beautiful outcome required.
No explanation required.

Just you, exactly as you are.

“But I can’t paint.”

Perfect.
Because this is not an art class.
Nobody is going to teach you technique.
Nobody is going to correct you.
Nobody is going to decide whether what you create is “good”.

You listen to the drum.
You notice what comes up.
And then you let your hands respond before your head starts trying to control everything.

Maybe it’s colour.
Maybe it’s lines.
Maybe it’s chaos.
Maybe it makes absolutely no sense.

Good.
That’s the point.

A few people hear trance drumming + intuitive painting and think:

“Okay… but what actually happens?”

Simple.
I drum.
You sit or lie comfortably and listen.
You let the rhythm do what rhythm does — pull you away from all the noise in your head.
Then you paint whatever comes.
A colour.
A shape.
A feeling.
A memory.
A mess.

There is nothing to get right.
You are not being judged.
You are not learning painting techniques.
You do not need to explain what you create.
You just follow what appears.

Feeling disconnected from yourself?

Sometimes you know there’s something going on inside you, but you don’t have the words for it.

You’re tired. Restless. Going through the motions. Maybe you just haven’t felt quite like you for a while.

And maybe you don’t need to analyse it.
Maybe you need another way to express it.

🥁 Paint What the Drum Reveals combines trance drumming with intuitive painting. I’ll take you through the drumming journey, then you’ll use colour, marks, movement and instinct to express whatever comes through.

You do not need to know how to paint.
You do not need to be “creative”.
And nothing has to look pretty.

This isn’t an art class.
It’s two hours to get out of your head and see what wants to come out.

The Lions Gate 🦁

I don’t want your pretty affirmations today.

I want the truth.

The ugly one.
The hungry one.
The one with mud under her nails and fire in her belly.

I want the part of you that is tired of being palatable.

Tired of being good.
Tired of being easy.
Tired of explaining.
Tired of folding herself into shapes that make everybody else comfortable.

Today is not about calling something in.

It is about ripping something off.

The skin that no longer fits.
The silence you learned to wear.
The obedience.
The fear.
The version of you that survived by disappearing.

Let her burn.

Let her howl.

Let her crawl back into her own body and remember:

I was never made to be tame.

There is a woman underneath all that conditioning who still knows.

She knows what she wants.
She knows what she will no longer tolerate.
She knows where the door is.
She knows when something is dead.
She knows when it is time to run.
She knows when it is time to stay and fight.

Trust her.

Today, I am not asking the Universe for permission.

I am not asking to be chosen.

I am not begging for a sign.

I am the fu***ng sign.
