Today is the day Mrs Wizard takes on the challange of her life. She is right now taking on a 50km mountain hike with over 4000 feet of elevation. She has trained for months for this. She is raising money for our daughters Gym club, a registered charity that provides opportunities for hundreds of children. They could have easily given up on her during her heart troubles, but they adapted for her, and allowed her to compete in disability gymnastics competitions. Submerged Wax: The Danger of Too Many Ear Drops! (Rare Endoscopic Irrigation) Episode 636
What happens when you use too many softening drops? In this video, we encounter "submerged wax"—a case where over-softening caused the wax to smear across the ear drum, making standard removal difficult.

To safely clear the blockage, I demonstrate Endoscopic Irrigation, a rarely filmed and highly precise technique used when wax becomes too soft for traditional microsuction. Watch as we carefully navigate the ear canal to restore this patient's hearing.
