💚 Festival & Competition Update....so Ive managed to lock myself out of the Wellbeing Festival page as they think Im a hacker for having switching profiles so quickly in the last 30mins trying to reply to messages etc in a rush...So I do apologise that I will probably need to do the car share Competition live draw tomorrow now ☹️...but this is a reminder of the need to pause and slow down which I did talk about today during my mindfulness session today...so will practice what I preach and switch off for the night, but before I do, thank you and much love for everyone who came today...loved every second 💚 #

🐐🐑🐏 Today's focus: Finding peace and balance through Reiki, chakra healing, earthing, mindfulness meditation and a spot of sound healing too! But I think being surrounded by the beautiful animals in nature really helped too ✨️A big thank you to everyone for booking on today and raising funds for the Bella & Brave Animal Sanctuary, we really do appreciate your support, we hope your enjoyed the session and left feeling a little lighter and more peaceful ✨️
