✨ A truly beautiful day ✨

On Sunday I had the absolute honour of holding space for the most amazing group of women. We sat in a circle, connected, and created such a beautiful, heart-led connection

We set our heartfelt intentions into our cacao, grounded ourselves, and chucked in to the fire everything that was no longer serving us. I also used sound frequencies and black frankincense to give everyone a deep energy cleanse.
We worked with the wonderful energies of Archangel Michael and St. Germain, using protection invocations and the violet flame to clear away old blocks. We even brought in the elemental energies and dragons for extra protection!

Everyone took home some amazing crystals a massive selenite wand, lava stone, black kyanite, and smokey quartz. I showed them exactly how to use these stones at home to protect and clear their own energy. To help them keep up the work, I gave everyone handouts and three booklets, along with a handwritten copy of our group angel card reading

We also had a crystal raffle where one lovely lady won a beautiful amethyst on a stand to take home! And of course, we finished up by grounding ourselves with herbal tea, cakes, and biscuits☕🍰

Yesterday, I held a 4-hour workshop for the most beautiful group of women 🩷 I’ve received some beautiful feedback(one of the reviews made me cry) I was reading it to Jimmy with tears running down my face !
When you put your whole heart and soul into something, there is no better feeling than knowing it resonated deeply with people.

My main intention for yesterday was to create an uplifting space where everyone could leave feeling lighter and better than when they arrived, and I truly feel we accomplished that. Thank you so much to everyone who came, trusted me, and shared their energy. My heart is completely full 🩷

I didn’t just learn about this path- I experienced it!
I don’t speak to you from a textbook, and I’m not just repeating things from a course I took. I talk to you woman-to-woman, as someone who has been through trauma, domestic violence, mental health issues, and more. I ended up feeling so low at one point that life simply felt like too much.

Fast forward 13 years, and my life couldn’t be any different. I wake up positive, happy, full of gratitude, and I absolutely LOVE life.
But my past experiences are what allow me to truly connect with you. I can actually feel what you’re going through, and I’m able to share the exact tools that worked for me.
I’ve had women tell me things they haven’t told a single soul—things they have been carrying for years—because, in their own words, “It felt safe to tell you.” To me, that is massive. Knowing someone walked away from my space feeling lighter is everything. My goal is to give you the tools you can start implementing into your own life to make things feel easier and brighter.
And this is exactly why I offer more than just a standard, “in-and-out” treatment.
The real work goes so much deeper than a temporary fix that only leaves you feeling good for a little while. Let’s talk about your trauma. Let me share how I worked through mine, and what helped me release, forgive, and truly grow.

As soon as fear stepped in -so did the universe ✨

Step out of your comfort zone . You never know who you may help . I nearly cancelled this day due to fear. Imagine not doing something you love because fear steps and and whispers “your not good enough , who wants to listen to you “ and just as fear stepped in so did the universe and I received a message from a lady who had attended my previous self love day which basically said -hi Lauren can I book on to this new day your doing -the last one helped me so much I just found my mindset was more positive it really really helped me !! And there it was IT REALLY HELPED ME ! And at that exact moment I smiled and knew I just had to do it !That’s why I do what I do to help people in my own little way . Im not going to lie the first day I did a couple of months ago massively took me out of my comfort zone , but that’s what’s life’s about learning , growing and helping others and doing our own inner work so we can move forward and know we are good enough ! And enjoy life -don’t take things to seriously have fun feel love, joy & gratitude 🫶

And im now really looking forward to Sunday im spending the day printing and getting all your little gifts together ❤️

Today I held a beautiful reiki refresher day for a beautiful soul 🩷 she arrived feeling nervous and left like we’d know each other forever !!
I absolutely LOVE this !! I try to hold a welcoming safe space for you full of good vibes and positive energy 🩷

We drank cacao and rose tea . I taught her about using crystals , visualisation and how to invoke your spirit team in for protection and help .
We talked all things reiki and honestly had such a beautiful day ✨🫶

There is something so powerful about taking a day out just to reset and protect your peace 🫶

So blessed and grateful that I get to hold space for you 🌹
May we all remember to take a moment to breathe, ground,and let our magic shine ✨
