The UK Chief Medical Officersโ€™ Physical Activity Guidelines recommend that children and young people aim for an average of at least 60 minutes of physical activity each day across the week. ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธโšฝ๐Ÿšดโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Physical activity helps to:
โœจ Build confidence and social skills
โœจ Develop co-ordination
โœจ Improve concentration and learning
โœจ Strengthen muscles and bones
โœจ Improve health and fitness
โœจ Maintain a healthy weight
โœจ Improve sleep
โœจ Boost mood and wellbeing

Activities can include:
