💛 FEEDBACK NEEDED 💛

I’m doing some work on the efficacy of PKs dietary and nutritional approach, and I wonder if any of you PK old-schoolers would be kind enough to give us a bit of feedback on how eating PK style (low sugar, gluten free, lower carb, ‘clean’, bone broth etc) helped your physical and/or mental health.

We don’t need loads and loads of info just a sentence or two in the comments or by DM would be fab if you have anything to share, whether it was from following a meal or diet plan, introducing one of our superfoods like broth or kefir, or altering your way of eating in line with the nutritional values we espoused at Power Kitchen. ♥️
