Fabulous to be back collaborating with Julie from Wellness Empowered, I just love these events 😌 Boswell ( my drum) loved the new venue, he sounded amazing and resonated beautifully with the energy in the lotus room. We’ll be back later in the year for another one xx

So lovely to be back with Michelle Ashcroft Holistics today for A Journey with Sound in our new venue The Retreat Wellbeing Sanctuary 😍

A great way for our ladies to spend their Sunday afternoon starting with a Reiki Drum Meditation with a short break for ☕️ 🍰, which was followed by a Soundbath 🎶

For the healing circle there’s an opportunity to lie down if you wish so you may like to bring a blanket and a pillow

We begin our journey with a reflective meditation before relaxing into a deeper meditative state with the vibrations of the drum beat.

As this journey connects us to the energy of Reiki and Seichem you are held in Love and Light as you receive insight and healing from the elemental rays of Earth, Fire, Water and Air to align and balance your body mind and soul.

Suitable for beginners as you are guided throughout the session as well as those who have experience with meditation.

Chairs are provided, if you prefer to lie down please bring a yoga mat, sleeping bag or 2 blankets and pillow

Exchange: £8

Please be aware the drum may be quite loud and therefore may not be suitable for those who are sensitive to sound

I hosted my first Oriental Facial Massage Course today, 4 beautiful souls came along to experience this wonderful therapy, picking up the techniques and routine really quickly, being open to the energy flow and adapting where needed🥰
Can’t wait to see their case studies so I can present them with their certificates ❤️

🥁 1-2pm Reiki Drum Meditation
For our first Sound Healing Session we are working with Empowering Affirmations for Inner Strength and to Reclaim our Power

After choosing your affirmation we will start with relaxation and breath work, a gentle guided meditation leads you to the start of your journey where you will be accompanied by the beat of the drum, at this point you may like to self guide or simply allow the vibrations of the drum and the healing energy of reiki to induce a deep state of relaxation, encouraging mental clarity and the gentle releasing of any stagnant, blocked energy from within your physical body. At the end of your journey you will be guided back into the present moment, followed by a few moments spent in silence as your energetic bodies assimilate this renewed state of inner peace and strength, harmony and alignment

🍰☕️ 2-2.30pm - a short refreshment break to have a brew & cake (of course 😋😍)

🎵🧡 2.30-3.30pm - Soundbath - Inner Peace

Relax to the gentle sounds of from Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Gong and more

The session will being with a short guided relaxation to find Inner Peace, as we continue your healing session settling into the vibrations of the instruments allowing the body to rest, relax and restore completing your afternoon on precious self care time 🧡

Thoroughly enjoyed hosting the Wigan Wellness Web first Collective Community Healing Circle as we combined the healing vibrations of the drum with the benefits of reiki

We starting by connection to the spirit of our drum, drumming with intention and drumming for each other then after a short break we continued our healing with a reiki share where everyone gave and recieved healing. We finished with a light language transmission before closing our sacred circle
Beautiful rhythm and energy flow through. Sending love and light to everyone who attended 🙏 xx
