When I was 40, my skin changed . I was told it was due to perimenopause.

My skin became dry, dehydrated sensitivity, changes in my texture, loss of firmness and that glow.

Hormonal changes can affect collagen, elasticity and moisture levels, and suddenly the skincare routine that once worked wasn’t enough.

Fast forward 10 years, and through consistent home care, understanding what my skin needs, and regular facials, I’m happy with the health of my skin.

It hasn’t been about chasing perfection or trying to look younger. It’s been about consistency.

Your skin will evolve throughout your life — and learning to work with those changes rather than against them can make all the difference. ✨

Rosacea isn’t just redness…

Swipe for the 4 different rosacea categories

You may notice your skin becoming increasingly reactive before persistent redness develops.

Frequent flushing, warmth, sensitivity, stinging & tendency to react to heat, stress, exercise, skincare or environmental changes cab be early warning signs

TREATMENT FOCUS: Here, our focus is on prevention & skin health. We will work to calm & strengthen your skin barrier, reduce sensitivity & identify potential triggers

This presents as persistent redness across the cheeks, nose, forehead or chin.
You may also notice flushing, warmth or a stinging sensation.

TREATMENT FOCUS: Here, our focus is on calming the skin & reducing the appearance of redness & vascular concerns.

This can look similar to acne, with red bumps and pus-filled spots appearing alongside persistent redness.

TREATMENT FOCUS: Here, our focus is on reducing inflammation, calming active concerns & supporting the skin barrier.

This is less common and can cause the skin to become thicker, particularly around the nose.
It tends to develop gradually and is more common in men.

TREATMENT FOCUS: Here, our priority is the health & safety of your skin.

Common triggers can include:
☀️ Sun & heat
🌶️ Spicy food
🍷 Alcohol
😰 Stress
🌡️ Temperature changes
🧴 Certain skincare products

Reactive skin needs understanding, not aggression

The key is learning what your skin is telling you and identifying what could be triggering it.

Sometimes, your skin doesn’t need more — it needs less, consistency and time to recover.

We all want to achieve healthier, smoother, brighter-looking skin — but sometimes our skin needs a break, not another treatment.

frequent exfoliation or combining multiple actives can leave the skin feeling sensitive, dry, tight or reactive.

Our skin doesn’t exist in isolation. Stress and hormonal changes can influence how our skin behaves, sometimes leaving it feeling more sensitive, reactive, dry, oily or prone to breakouts.

Our skin has to adapt to changes in temperature, humidity, wind and sun exposure — and sometimes it can really feel the difference.

It’s easy to focus on skincare products and forget that what’s happening in our everyday lives can also influence how our skin looks and feels.

Consider your lifestyle, weather, treatments and active ingredients to understand what your skin really needs.
From calming and hydrating to protecting
and strengthening the skin barrier. personalised care makes all the difference.
